WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We currently only ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore. Please noted that all orders are confirmed only when you have received our confirmation letter by email.
How long does it take to receive my product?
Please allow 7-14 business days for our team to package and send your order. orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be send out on the following Monday an email notification will be sent upon shipping and arrival.
If you experienced any delays please send us an email at email@example.com. Our team will assist promptly to correct any and all delays.

CAN I CHANGE MY MAIILING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Feel free to reach out to us to confirm if the order has been sent already. If it has not then we will assist in correcting the mailing address. If the order has already been processed then unfortunately, we can not change your mailing address once your order has been released through shipping.if the package address was incorrect and is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for theadditional shipping fees required in order to have the package resent if desired.
What happens when something happens to my package during shipping?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number as your subject title and our team will try our best to resolve any and all your issues. however, alair yoga is not responsible to any lost and damaged item during shipping.
Not the right size? No problem please simply return the item and place a new order for the correct size. Please note however if orders are being shipped overseas then the standard shipping costs will still apply per each transaction.
We apologize that we couldn't cover your return fees at the moment
All returned items must be received within 14 days of receiving the package. Please send us an email along with your tracking number and order number for us to begin the return process. In order for your refund to be approved, all returned items must be in their original packaging and be in undamaged conditions. If items are deemed damaged or unacceptable, the refund will be denied.
1：Item must be in their original condition with all merchendice tags attached.
2：Any items with make up mark, food mark, stains etc. will not be accepted for refund
3: buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs associated.
Can I exchange my product if it arrived damaged?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item.We will review and provide you with a respsonse within 48 hours.
